![]() The front panel of the case has two 3.0 USB ports and two 2.0 USB ports. Intel ports listed as USB3-1 through USB3-4 are even ghosted In the UEFI Boot menu pictorial, while the 2 ASMedia ports in the pictorial show active and are supporting my wireless keyboard/mouse just fine. However, after Linux Mint was installed (via DVD) and configured to use the UFI boot method, only the 2 ASMedia USB ports remain active. At that time all 6 USB ports were functional. When the system was built, it was temporarily run on Win7 in order to test its functionality. 2 of the 6 ports are supported by ASMedia, the remaining 4 are supported by Intel. This MB has 6 USB ports on the MB I/O panel. ![]() It dedicated to Linux Mint (17.3), and does not dual boot to another OS. I am new to Linux so please bear with me. I am opening a new thread on this issue because my original thread evolved considerably from the original issue posted. ![]()
